Passionate About Inspiring Others

Sarah began her professional performing career as a young child in Cameron Mackintosh's ‘Les Miserables’. Notable credits include LONDON 2012 Olympic Games, Mrs Biggs (ITV), company dancer for HOUSE OF SUAREZ – Twisted Fairytale, PUNCHDRUNK THEATRE – The Crash of the Elysium as well as modelling and dancing for GHD (Europe), REDKEN, LEE STAFFORD, AMERICAN CREW and many others.

After completing her Post-Graduate Diploma in Dance Education (2017) with distinction, Sarah returned to the North-East where she currently works as a Dance lecturer in the region’s training institutions specialising in professional level technique training and industry readiness. Sarah has been commissioned to choreograph for various educational and performance settings and is currently the resident choreographer for BONGO’S BINGO Newcastle, where she is also responsible for dance talent acquisition.

Students' passion, desire and ambition to strive for a career in performance is as strong as ever. As with every sector of training and education, but perhaps especially in the arts, it has become evident that teachers and institutions are having to make tough choices when it comes to delivering dance training. More and more students are unable to study arts subjects in their schools or do not have the sufficient time required with their subject specialists to advance their training to professional level.

As a proud 'northerner', Sarah is acutely aware that there are fewer training opportunities outside of big cities like London; this is why she returned home to pass on her knowledge and experience to the next generation of students. Any session booked provides targeted specialist training to compliment and enhance existing provision offered.  Sarah has in-depth knowledge of industry practice and educational requirements which enables her to design classes or programmes to support students, whatever their stage of training.

Sarah is dedicated to contributing to the on-going effort to improve both the training and opportunities for aspiring artists, around the UK.
